Prestige Fort Beach - Full Board

The full board was very good and the facilities from the Premier Hotel.

The personal at the Prestige was very cold and unhelpful. Because we have only 5 days we didn.t benefit of the cleaning in the room, no towels, no garbage taken, no toilet paper. The sofa is very small for two children and it's broken, need to be changed. The quality from 4-5 years ago it is gone.

The food is good, but breakfast was repetitive! Very clean allover.

The location is advertised disabled friendly, but is not able to access the beach as a disabled person. The beach is not free. We had to pay for the sun beds and umbrela. The access to the beach is hazardous, with screws sticking out of the wooden steps.

Excellent food!! You can't eat that much. You always have something to choose from. Big and clean pools! In our area there was no noise and you could swim even at night. It was great! The beach is very beautiful (you can choose from many) but you have to pay, it is said to be a public beach. Clean and calm water, golden sand!

The people! Too many Ukrainians… we have nothing against them (we are against the war!!) but they were very uncivilized. And the other Slavic nations too. We don't like kids doing whatever they want on juice robomat and icecream...someone should be there to watch them! We saw people who licked the spoon we all put the food in and then put it back! We paid a lot of money but they didn't clean our room, I know it's written when you book the room, but I haven't seen this rule anywhere else (especially at a full board or all inclusive hotel). We don’t go on vacantions to clean like at home. The room! It was very small, they lied in the description: it says it's 30 square meters, but it's 15 (my husband measured it), and it's full of furniture that you don't need in a full board hotel: big fridge, any furniture you can imagine, you basically have everything, but no space. We didn't need those things, we needed a nice room (like in the presentation pictures!!) The shower was also very small, I'm a small person, but it was hard to shower…absolutely no space! The staff did not speak even basic English, except for the people at the reception. It's 2024 and we are EU countries! If we'll return? Yes: for the beach, food, pools. No: for the people and room.

Clean, calm, not overcrowded, in one word "perfect" like two times before. Great food and staff. We will come again for sure.

Everything was excellent. The pool is big and never crowded. The beach is just a few stairs away. I did my morning 40 min run on the outdoors gym machine while enjoying the quiet and fresh breeze at 6.30 AM. The food was exceptional and even for a vegan like me there was a choice. The staff is friendly and helpful.. The kids can run and play freely on the playgrounds and lawn. The price is high but it is worth it. This was our second year in a row we were visiting and maybe we shall come again.

The practice to "book' long chairs by leaving the towels overnight.

The location, the garden, the pool. The marvelous view to the sea from the garden. The variety of food to satisfy all tastes in our family. I am vegan and I had a choice too. For breakfast I loved the fruit salad, which I topped with variety raw nuts. The pool is quite big and my husband was able to polish his butterfly style there. The sea was calm and clean. One day it threw out algae and brought some quite big jellyfish, but all the more interesting for the kids. 10 min waking there is a quay where a boat to the old Nessebar leaves 4 times a day. Wonderful 30 min trip to enjoy the unique atmosphere, souvenir shops, and small restaurants.

Our apartment was on the first floor and the pine trees in front were so tall that they kept us in shade and blocked the sea view, which our room was advertised to have.
