People do complain about the extra fee for the air conditioning, about the wifi which does not exist, about this and that, and they are right to complain as it is a bit unusual for mass turism not to have those things. But these are choices. Not ignorance. The management is probably targeting parents that are into going back to nature, offline time, save the planet stuff. Therefor they made some choises for you but forgot to properly advertise it. And some turists are surprised and upset by it. So if you do want AC, you just pay for it. If not, you enjoy a cheaper stay. I have no idea if the AC units are clean but I would rather have an AC unit that is clean and works instead of an AC unit that stinks like we found in several other places. The lady from the bar speaks perfect english so whatever you need just go there and ask. I liked the place. I liked the beds, the green, the oranges, the remoteness of the place. But it's not for everyone. It's like the owner(s) wants you to stay offline, wants you to use AC only if you really need it and wants you to spend time outside, among people, not indoors among virtual friends. There is no communication problem, just an unusual way to do turism. I would advise management to clearly state those things in the rooms description to avoid further negative comments.

There was no wifi in the rooms(website states there is wifi in the "business area" which we did not test). It's not lilke it was bad wifi or stuff only wifi. It does not exist. 4G signal is also spotty. If you want your kids to see what offline is, this is the place to go. But if you need to work... this is not your hotel. Also, ants are everywhere. Keep your floor clean of sweets and it won't bother you. Otherwise, it may be a problem, especially if you have a problem with the part of nature that is not on insta. I'm puting this on the "didn't like" section as our search filters always include "Free Wifi" and "Air Conditioning". So if the hotel was available for our search it means the description is not accurate for those booking in a hurry. And it should be. It's not common to be offline in a hotel. It's not common to pay extra for AC. I understand the logic behind it, but I also understand the turists frustration when their expectations are not met. A vague mention that wifi is only in some "business area" when the WIFI option is validated in search is not good enough.

Nice apartments, clean,. comfy & well kept. Friendly bar and restaurant with good food, good value.

Nice walk down to the beach, but a climb of you're not fit to get back up. Need to take your time. Lovely pool. Good eating places nearby

We would like to have been able to stay longer
