Con relacion a el personal La atencion es buena, son muy atentos y colaboradores, muy agradecidos contodos

es un tema quizas, mas personal. no me gusto la cama aunque estaba muy bien amplia limpia, terriblemente dura para mi gusto mi espalda quedo destrozada despues de tres dias. por esta razon no volveré a el hotel, el desayuno no es bueno es FEO nada me gusto. le falta a la cocina mas esfuerzo y conocimiento . en general la oferta es buena pero la preparación 0 el ruido en la manana de vallenatos música dese temprano la música deberían prohibirla

La oferta era con desayuno incluido pero jamás me dieron el desayuno y teniendo en cuenta que el horario del desayuno era tarde le pedí que me hicieran algo sencillo para llevar pero tampoco ocurrió. La ropa de cama se veía sucia, la habitación no era la más limpia.
