ZAOld-fashioned charm, parking secure and safe for travelers with loaded vehicles. Room was small but warm and comfortable.
ZAFantastic and friendly staff, very comfortable rooms and stunning garden. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me for a late check-out. Lots of character and interesting history. Would highly recommend as an N3 stopover

The check-in experience was poor. The bedding in our room did not look clean, we left immediately after seeing the state of the bedding!
ZAFor our travelling purposes the position of Green Lantern was excellent. The Inn takes you back over 130 years in time and the warmth and character is unbeatable including having a drink with " Bojangles " the donkey in the bar and then settling down to a proper home cooked meal in exquisite dining rooms. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much effort for them/ Take a stroll around the beautiful gardens and then step back in time as you sink into an enveloping sofa in front of a good old log fire and watch black and white silent movies - My advice don't miss the place.

I feel like even if it is old it does not have to feel dusty everywhere. Needs carpets cleaned and couches cleaned in all main areas of the hotel.
