Велика гарна територія, є де провести час; сніданки у форматі шведський стіл, все дуже смачно; чудовий ресторан з адкватними цінами і дуже смачною кухнею

Звукоізоляція у номері, дуже було чути коли хтось ходив, відчуття ніби хтось у нашому номері. Перебої з роботою інтернету.

"Територія готелю приємно вразила, ресторан потрібно допрацювати"

Територія гарна, доглянута, продумана. Дуже приємно відпочивати на лежаках серед доглянутих рослин. Було досить багато людей, але якщо не зважати на територію басейну - то в інших місцях скупчень немає, і можна знайти затишне місце дня себе. Тепла вода в басейнах, гідромасаж працює, навіть якщо немає відвідувачів.

Ресторан і персонал в ньому. Сніданки шведська лінія, голодні не залишались, але смачних страв там не було. Все дуже просте і сезонне, трохи зажирне. За таку вартість проживання - сніданки розчарували. Кавомашина одна, збирає біля себе чергу постійно. Можна було б і ще доставити. Персонал молодий, ненавчений, працює інтуїтивно, багато з них очікувати не треба. Але конфліктних ситуацій не було.

питання Додаткове запитання: Чи платили ви за додаткові послуги під час свого перебування в помешканні Chorna Skelya Resort & Wellness? (Напр., спа-послуги, харчування, екскурсії та визначні місця) все що було анонсовано як безкоштовне - було безкоштовним (хамам, джакузі, сніданок, басейни, лежаки, парасольки, зоопарк, тощо) нерозумію кількох негативних відгуків за персонал шикарний персонал (коло для дитини накачали (Хлопці на вході), офіціант (Даша) все чітко розказала, обслужила, розрахувала) для тих хто каже що офіціанта недочекаєшся, хочу наголосити за таку чарівну кнопку, яка викликає офіціанта... в нас проблем не було... на забаганку дитини "таке ж саме але безалкогольне" - зробили коктейль на найвищому рівні... в ресторані обідали і вечеряли закарпатськими блюдами - в захваті

"Чорна гора"

Гарний отель, багато різних басейнів і джакузі. Поруч чисте озеро. Смачна кухня.

Дуже багато дітей які всюди купаються, неможливо відпочити в тиші навіть в релакс зоні.

Просторе помешкання Смачне харчування

Щодо басейнів, то вони явно замалі для такої кількості бажаючих.Було б добре, якби басейни були лише для проживаючих в готелі)
