Location, cleanliness, security, quality TV, bed, and towels, hot water, and excellent wifi. Coffee and microwave in lobby

Since the hotel is located on PCH there will be traffic noise. But it was not that bad.

Guy on front desk alway polite, nice , and beyond my expectations

I work for a Marriot hotels, but I choose this one because of walking distance to my family home, but room was really dirty like nobody change the sheets. Hair on pillow, mirrors were not clean,Floor was sticky, hair and dirty, toilet wasn’t clean, pee around it, hairs , towels for the floor was dirty. What I pay for it wasn’t worth it, except for the nice, polite and kind guy on front desk, he apologized and he change us to another room less dirty but same issues, specially bathroom and bed( hairs in sheets and pillows, we couldn’t sleep on it , we went to store and buy blankets and pillows, bathroom toilet dames as the other one, they don’t clean around it and hairs on floor.
