Great relaxing place to stay. Bikes made it super easy to explore the area. Staff especially the night man very helpful. Great at responding to messages for advice and helped book onward travel.

The garden is beautiful, nice to hang out at the pool and watch the goats "on the mountain" Also the room and the bathroom are spacious.

The breakfast is good but you can only choose one item from the list and the portions are small. We asked if we could have two plates which was no problem at all. However, we weren't told that we have to pay extra for it. That was an unpleasant surprise at the end of our trip Unfortunately, I haven't seen the staff smiling... compared to all other places we have stayed where all people were very friendly, smiling a lot and helpful, it was strange to experience the opposite here.

We loved it: design of the place, location, free bicycles, the vibe, the outdoor feel, great food. Perfect for families!

Comfy clean and very convenient to visit Ninh Bin. Everything was perfect and made to make you spend a great moment.

The villas are very tastefully furnished and have comfortable beds. The garden with the swimming pool is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is amazingly quiet at night. You can rent a motorbike or take one of the bikes to drive across the rice field to Tam Coc village.

This lovely hotel is situated in a peaceful area, away from the busy crowds of Tam Coc. The rooms and hotel grounds are beautifully designed and well maintained. The staff provided good service, and the hotel offers bicycles, which are convenient for visiting Mua Caves—just a five-minute ride away. For breakfast, you select your meal the night before, ensuring it is freshly prepared when you sit down in the morning. Although most attractions require a taxi, transportation was never an issue despite the secluded location. Overall, this is a highly recommended place to stay in Ninh Binh.

The only drawback was the transfer service arranged through the hotel, as the company they used attempted to charge us extra upon arrival in Hanoi. While this may not be the hotel's fault, it's something to be mindful of.
