Like INN Hotel

The room was large and spacious, the bed and pillows were SO comfortable!

It's a little outside of the centre, maybe a 1 hour walk but you can get the tram or taxi to the centre.

The hotel staff are very kind and friendly with the travelers. Especially who Calls 'Delshod' which is kind beyond expectation.

The staff are 100% nice! I’ve only met Kalim and Dilik (hope I spell the names right)from reception. They are both very very helpful! They would always ask your day and feelings, show directions and instructions about Samarkand, also helpful with things beyond job descriptions, just showed how nice they are. Thanks to you guys I had a great impression on Samarkand! Also on the first floor is a cafe. Food there are amazingly good too. Rooms are clean and bright. Location is close to train station; museum; shopping center. And it’s easy to take taxi/bus/tram in front of the hotel.

The entrance to hotel isn’t so obvious for the first time comer. And please check your opening hours on google map, it showed as it’s not open which is not true

The hotel is located at walking distance (15-20 min) from the train station. We had a twin room, which was very spacious and comfortable. Beds were especially comfortable compared to our other accommodation in Uzbekistan. The receptionist, Dilshod, was excellent - very friendly and helpful, and he speaks English fluently. He said he had noticed that foreign visitors didn't like fried and heavy breakfasts, and proposed to arrange some fresh fruit and yogurt for us. The fruit platter we were given at breakfast was really lovely.

The hotel is on the side of one of the city's main roads, with a lot of traffic throughout the day and night. Rooms which face the street do get some traffic noise, but we were not particularly bothered by it.

Dilshod, the receptionist, made our stay very pleasant. He was always available and would go an extra mile to meet our requests.
