Nothing apart from location

This place was false advertised. I was not offered any services as shown at my time of booking. When I contacted the hotel themselves regarding this they were discriminating. I was placed in a room that wasn’t booked by me and I had to tell the customer desk to get the features I actually paid for. The pictures of rooms advertised on here are not as it seems in real life - the rooms were not clean. Apart from location, nothing else was even up to a decent rating.
