Breakfast was very nice and good variety, manager was very polite and good in solving problems that his youngs staff caused. Rooms have a good size and comfortable beds. WiFi worked without problems, lively green courtyard, 5 minutes walk to Registan, but in a tiny and quiet street so no cars/traffic could be heard

The staff was very young, spoke little English and it was clear they had very little training how to treat guests that often led to confusion or mistakes which is a very sad in situation when they call themselves premium hotel and it cost as a premium too. There was a problem with towels, cleaning stuff took used towels but never supplied with new ones. For 4 nights I had to pay additional 25 USD "tourist tax" that makes the price higher and that was a bad surprise as it was not stated in a booking invoice. As all rooms face coutryard with a doors an windows you hear a lot of noise from people walking/talking/snorring etc. Walls

Location is wonderful, at a walking distance from Registan Square and several other touristic attractions. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable - and the garden adds a very charming touch to the ambience. The staff is professional and corteous.

While breakfast was fresh and initially seemed to offer many options, it proved to be extremely limited for vegetarians and vegans. It would have been helpful to see foods identified, so that we could know in advance what contained eggs (apparently pretty much everything, by the way), cheese, and dairy.

Registan meydanı ayağınızın altında çok yakın. Kolayca gezebiliyorsunuz. Odalar temiz yataklar rahat.

Toilet facilities which meant you didn't have to go back to your room. Lovely outdoor courtyard which rooms opened on to. Safe box in room.

Rooms were very warm (March time) but window could be opened.
