Our dinner in the garden was a very special experience. The quality of the food was excellent, and the location, just steps away from the Archaeological site, made it even more memorable. We also had an unexpected problem with our rental car, and the staff were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the situation. Their kindness and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated.

La struttura è molto bella, avendo sapientemente legato una parte molto antica, il Baglio, che è una torre del XIV secolo, con un'ala moderna, il tutto intorno ad un arioso cortile centrale lastricato. Cena in uno splendido giardino con vista sulla Collina dei Templi. Colazione davvero ottima. Collocato nella campagna tra Agrigento e S. Leone, il Baglio è raggiungibile solo in macchina.

La cena è stata buona e i piatti erano ben presentati. Tuttavia, forse per venire incontro ai gusti dei turisti stranieri, i sapori di piatti della tradizione, come ad esempio le sarde a beccafico, risultano un po' attenuati, perdendo di identità. È un po' un peccato.
