I have stayed at this place twice over 3 weeks. The hotel is situated in a quiet locality. Room size is big. Beds were good.. very large ones.

The towels provided during my first visit seemed unclean, like with some stain on it.. didn't use them. In the shower mixer, the cold water tap dispensed super hot water and I burnt my feet while washing them. Immediately got blisters on my foot. This is unacceptable for a hotel where you have guests from different places. Imagine what would have happened if my 8 YO had opened this trap instead of me. Scary.. The force of water is very high. This definitely needs to be reduced There is no opening in the bathroom and hence it's always wet. The geyser is very near to the shower. It's dangerous as someone can easily get electrocuted while taking a bath. During my second visit, we were given a room where the toilet seat was not even fixed on the toilet. Again not acceptable as I was traveling with elders. Overall rating for bathroom 0.

Rooms are very small. Old hotel with a foul smell. No restaurant. Not worth the money

There is heritage only in the name, on the property, it is only the building facade that is heritage and rooms are ABSOLUTELY small, and even the toilet is not that clean. This price usually gets far better rooms here. Car parking is not dedicated/ free. It so happened that the parking on the road was available so I could park.

Go9d location. Interior and decoration were very beautiful. We stayed only for couple of hours. No breakfast Clean bathroom

The cost was a bit higher. Booked family room but it was too small for 4 people stay.
