Please note that spa access comes at an extra charge when booking Basic rooms. Extra services not included in the reservation, like for example the access to the SPA area (swimming pool + sauna), can be bought only at the hotel (upon availability) with an extra amount that varies depending on the number of spots still available and on the period booked. It is forbidden to leave children and pets alone in the room and in the common areas of the hotel. In the common areas, pets have to be on a leash or in a pet's carrier, and cannot access into the dining room, the garden and the SPA area.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
