- The guys at the poolbar were nice and polite. The food at the poolbar was normally priced, the portions were big, and tasty. -The massage at the Spa was great. - The breakfast was superb. So many things to choose from. Cold, warm, fruit etc.

- Despite booked very early with the request for an early check-in, when we arrived this was not possible. - We had to change in the toilet to be able to get into our bathing suites. - One of the females at the reception clearly had no desire to do her job (the tablet dark haired). There was hardly information given. For example where to find the elevator and the restaurant for breakfast. I have been working a long time as a touroperator representative, mainly in 3 and 4 star hotels at Malta and Fuerteventura where the reception was more welcoming than here.

Hotelli on siisti. Nettikuvat vastaavat todellisuutta. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja kiva, että tarjolla oli kreikkalaisia herkkuja. Hotelli sijaitsee aivan merenrannalla ja merinäköala parvekkelta oli upea. Henkilökunta on avuliasta. Allasbaarissa hinta on maltillista ja ruoka-annokset isot. Allasalue oli rauhallinen, mutta aina on asiakkaita, jotka eivät kunnioita sääntöjä. Allasalueen aurinkotuolit riittivät kaikille hyvin ja aikaista aurinkotuolien varausbuumia ei ollut. Altaalta mahdollisuus ostaa myös aurinkotuotteita. Hotelli sopii hyvin rauhalliseen oleiluun ja lomailuun.

Naapurihuoneen äänet kuuluivat ajoittain selkeästi. Hotellilla oli spa ja kuntosali, mutta kukaan henkilökunnasta ei kertonut niistä tai mainostanut niitä meille.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und lecker Der Pool war angenehm frisch und es standen ausreichend Liegen zur Verfügung

Die Liegen am Strand waren während unseres Aufenthalts (24.05.) leider noch nicht aufgebaut

Really beautiful, well-kept and luxurious hotel. Good and genuinely friendly people. Wonderfully good breakfast, really good food. Beach across the street. I recommend it to everyone

Altaalla olisi voinut olla suihku ennen veteen menoa.
