Atendimento dos funcionarios de excelencia, estacionamento no local com entrada pra recepção, boa localização, restaurante, metro proximo.... o unico ponto negativo são os pedintes na região, ruas fedidas, sujas.... e etc

A localização foi conveniente e o processo de check-in foi simples.

O hotel estava bastante deteriorado, com áreas visivelmente desgastadas. O ar-condicionado estava com botões faltando, dificultando o uso, e o piso apresentava vários pontos danificados. Além disso, havia lâmpadas queimadas no quarto, prejudicando a iluminação. O atendimento na recepção também foi ruim, com funcionários grosseiros e pouco prestativos.
