Cigarette smell in the corridor. Someone tried to open the door at night, when informed early morning, no response form the staff.

Behaviour of Staffs, Neat and Clean

Very noise from the outside ( Vehicles Sound ). Its too irritating to sleep. Heater is not working

cleanliness and food options nearby

the air conditioner was bad. not able to adjust or reduce. There was no ceiling fan either. one table fan was fixed on to the wall which was always in wrong direction. They had some newspaper stuck inside the fan to keep it pointed towards bed. I’m talking about a deluxe suite room. :/
