- localização excelente; próximo a shopping, metrô, padaria, restaurantes e Av. Paulista - cama e chuveiro excelentes - TV tela plana grande - café da manhã sem luxo, mas gostoso e compatível com o valor da diária - atendentes da área do café; todas muito simpáticas e solícitas - mesmo em frente à avenida, o quarto tem excelente isolamento acústico com a janela fechada; dormi sem problemas

- uso da garagem é cobrado (R$40,00 por dia) - quarto 203; embora o banheiro seja relativamente espaçoso, a pia a vaso sanitário são extremamente próximos à parede (praticamente colados), tornando o uso desconfortável; - fez falta uma prateleira (ainda que pequena) para acomodar amenidades perto da pia; parece até que havia uma mas não foi recolocada; pequeno vazamento no canto do box, deixava a água sair em direção à lixeira ao lado do vaso sanitário
