Wonderful nice trip in this hotel, the hotel are great service staff , and reception staff so charming, awesome rooms

Location and gesture of the team including Mr Rajeev Anand was excellent. Breakfast was excellent by taste and quantity wise. It was above more than my expectations. Kudos for Chef . Mr Anand needs to remain this Chef, it is an asset of the property.

Staff needs to groom as per the service industry norms as one lady receptionist was very rude and not listening my issue properly while I was just telling my concern regarding Tata Sky connectivity issue with the respectable word "BETA". She needs to learn how to talk the guest. Rest was Excellent..

The facilities in room was very good, the room service is nice , the staff is well behaved to guest , always greet to me when arriving at hotel, good culture
