"Value for money, great position and comfortable"

Location is great, easy to get to and close to St Helens without being in the bustle of town. Lovely to hear the surf at night and room was comfortable. Check in very easy with mobile phone texts making it quick and efficient. The restaurant attached looks lovely. Bathroom is nice and roomy and beds are comfortable.

Sometimes the lagoon across the road reeks strongly. You cant close the sliding door on your unit which is the only source of fresh air as there are no fans at all in the rooms and the stench is very strong. The rooms are very hot & stuffy in warm weather and you need the door open for fresh air. There is no air conditioning, having fans would make a huge difference to guest comfort :-)
