Really kind staff, they allowed us to drop off our luggage and took it to our rooms for us. Room and facilities were very good and good value for money.

Carpets probably need a bit of cleaning and windows even when shut do not keep out noise from the street.

Everything, very friendly staff, clean, safe and comfortable

If we had to pick something it would be parking, we were lucky to find free parking but not available all the time.

Price and location

Location great but road was noisy -suggestion is for fans to be provided so windows can remain closed to help with the busy road. This is no reflection on the hotel itself though
