The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

Parking is very very limited. The guard in charge was so rude that he forced me to park at the basement of the office building whereby most of the nearest parking lots in the basement are RESERVED!!!! Iron and ironing board are not provided in the room nor at the floor corridor. Guests need to pay deposit of RM50 if they wish to borrow the iron and the board. Worse, if you have paid the deposit, you need to bring the iron and the board yourselves to your room! They won't send it to the room for you. The towels provided are not so clean that they have some brownish/yellowish stains on them. There is ONLY ONE power socket. No wardrobe provided and clothes hangers are just 👎👎👎.
