De Sarann Villa

The villas are tucked away on the edge of the jungle in a very peaceful location

The staff were great. The pool was nice (a bit to small). The location wasn't great, but they made up for it by taking you to the city at no cost. The food was great, every breakfast was rich and big. Through them we organized visits. They organized tours for us, provided drivers. The villa was a little bit outdated, but totally hidden in the greenery, so it's totally private.

It's not quite enough space for 3 people, since the third person was accommodated in the kitchen/dining area. A huge bathroom, but the sink was in the bedroom. We are walkers, and because of the location (down a narrow laneway), we couldn't go out without them.

A lovely quiet oasis of a hotel with wonderful courteous & helpful staff. Spacious and luxurious inside and up on the plunge pool deck. A real gem

We had a great time at the villa, Mr.Kim and the other members of the staff were super helpful. Mr. Kim has arranged us an excellent remork driver to take us around Angkor for 2 days and a sunrise, Mr. Heang - make sure to ask for him, he's not just a driver but also very knowledgeable about the history of the site and speaks good english. We were also referred to a good private car driver, Mr.Kaka, who took us to Phnom Penh driving safely and patiently, which is not what all the drivers are doing. If you arrive independently, finding the villa might be a bit tricky for the first time, but as they sent a car for us to the airport, it wasn't a problem. Going to downtown was just a couple of minutes by remork, and it is an experience in itself! The breakfast was very generous, and also tasty. And the kids especially loved the private pool!

The all place could use some love! Breakfast was subpar for a property of this range, items where missing from the listed set was was described has a fruit plater was maybe 6 pieces of fruit on a plate and not really fresh, one pice of bread was actually moldy, the access to the property is terrible and the area not great!
