Bunwin Siem Reap

Stepping off the street into this lush and beautiful property was so refreshing. The room was large and comfortable. The food was good. Best of all, the people who helped us find our way and took good care of us were the best.

We stayed at the Bunwin Siem Reap for three nights and it was a perfect base to do all the temple and town sight seeing. We loved the pool area where we had our breakfast that was great. There was also a place next door where they offered delicious and cheap meals. The hotel owner / manager and staff were very friendly. Overall we enjoyed staying here and relaxing around the pool very much.

Sometimes the hotel staff wasn't that efficient / couldn't understand English very well but were all friendly :)

Nice design, cool concept, comfortable bed with a firm mattress. One of the receptionists spoke English and was very helpful.

Updating the pictures and refreshing the room interiors would enhance the experience, as there are some signs of wear, like marks on the wall and worn furniture. They often “forgot” to provide some of the included services. For example, one day we had to request room cleaning, another day fresh towels, and on another occasion, shower gel. Additionally, a tuk-tuk service was arranged for us at 35 USD, despite the market price being around 18 USD.

It is a peaceful neighbourhood, with a tidy area located within walking distance of the main road. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained.

There were mosquitoes, and not all the electrical outlets were functioning. The television was also not working, and the bathroom light was out.

Beautiful garden and rooms.

Booked a twin room and got a double room on arrival. They provided a fold up camp bed as a second bed option. Not enough Sun loungers around the pool!
