"Uncomfortable stay but will come back … no hearing in wintry cold weather is not acceptable tho"

Usually my stay here was pleasant and without hitches. This time much need to be attended to : - no heating except for a portable heater, boiler out of order am told - bathroom very cold and the shower not strong - had a electricity trip and not so convenient to get attention - after trip, TV failed to work

Location for the football and staff in the Bar

Rooms very tired. Towels in room poor, shower only a trickle coming out. Very noisy from people slamming doors etc. bedding and furniture needs updating.
