Sehr nettes Personal wunderschön restauriertes altes Gebäude, perfekte Lage Zimmer sehr geräumig. Restaurant/Frühstück war sehr gut

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist sehr spartanisch, das Bett ist billigst, wackelt und quietscht Passt mE irgendwie null zum Gesamtkonzept Vorsicht !! Deckenhöhe in Zimmer 3 sind gerade mal 200cm, Tür zum Bad 190cm Hab mir ordentlich den Kopf gestoßen Wurde beim CheckIn leider nicht erwähnt bzw berücksichtigt

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Lüneburg, in direkter Nähe des Alten Krahns. Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und lag in der zweiten Etage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und mit frischen Produkten ausgestattet und sehr schmackhaft. Auch Laktose- und Glutenfreie Produkte stehen zur Verfügung. Parkplätze stehen im nahegelegenen Parkhaus gegen Bezahlung zur Verfügung. WLAN steht gebührenfrei zur Nutzung. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer sauber und gut aufgeteilt mot allem was wichtog ist. Das Frühstück hatte alles zu bieten was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Die Lage ist top. Nur wenige Minuten und man ist in der Stadt.
