Vynikajúca lokalita, milý a ústretový personál, výborné jedlo, bohatý výber, možnosť vopred nahlásiť intolerancie a všetko zariadia. Po minulej skúsenosti sme sa sem radi vrátili a určite ešte prídeme.

hotel má vynikajúcu polohu - priamo v centre Terchovej. Izby sú dostatočne veľké, postele výborné. Hotel má vlastné parkovisko a aj bezbariérový prístup. Pobyt sme mali raňajkami, tie boli bohaté. Na poschodí i v jedálni sú kútiky pre deti. Personál hotela príjemný. Hotel určite odporúčam.

nie je čo vytknúť, boli sme spokojní so službami.

Czyste pokoje, miła obsługa, bardzo dobre jedzenie, dobra lokalizacja

brak możliwości ładowania urządzeń w pokoju jeśli się wychodzi (kluczyk musi być włożony aby był prąd)

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Friends also enjoyed the food. Comfortable room and friendly staff

The price for a 3 star hotel and the services available does not correspond to reality! I paid about the same amount for a 4 star hotel and this despite the fact that I stayed in this hotel in the off-season and there were many free rooms
