Dale Hill Hotel

Strictly a golfers hotel.. breakfast very poor did not eat there

General,y did not care for it as was not there to play golf but passing through to fran e

Food and main hotel.

Being stuck in an annexe away from the main hotel. Obviously a down side to booking with 3rd party companies. There were many vacant rooms in the main hotel building but we were stuck in an annexe, which I didn't book!

The beds are very comfortable. Powerful showers . Clean rooms . Nice buffet breakfast . Plenty of parking

Was woken up at 6 am by a very loud lawnmower. Rooms service was terrible. £12 for 3 pieces of cheese and 4 crackers and a few grapes and another £12 for loaded fries and the fries were like rocks and burnt cheese . Television was very dated and didn’t switch off via the remote and slow WiFi . Didn’t feel very welcome by some staff and club members. . Wouldn’t stay again

Location and views

Cleanliness was questionable. Mixed experience with staff, some were very attentive and accommodating, some less so. Dated interior.

This is a lovely place to stay. Only here for one night. Room was large. Plenty of space and a nice balcony with views across the golf course. The staff are very attentive. Restaurant is lovely. The food was excellent. Served quite quickly, even though they were quite busy. I was in Kent delivering some furniture. I chose this hotel as it was 30mins away from my customer, and on my way back home. I'm glad I did. I think I found a gem. As a golfer too. Next time I'll bring my clubs Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything was perfect.

Das Hotel ist etwas für Retro-Fans, mit Elementen aus den 70er und 80ern. Der Pool ist mehr ein Kinder-Planschbecken. Das Frühstück war recht gut.

It was excellent value for money , very lovely location and very comfortable beds . Staff very pleasant .

The food could have been better . There was a historical blood stain on one bed sheet , had obviously been washed but had not got the stain out . The base round the tap in the bathroom was very mucky !!!

Beautiful location, fabulous room.

The staff at the hotel were so accommodating to my needs and exceptionally kind to our little girl who was celebrating her birthday. We loved using the pool and the room we stayed in was fabulous.
