"Excellent"

Parking space was not comfortable. Other vehicle was parked in such a way we could not get started. Other fellow appeared after 30ms. We had to wait for such a long time. No one to manage at reception and no way of communication.

Absence of a person in reception or near the place. No means of communication.

"Overall just ok, not great"

The room was good, AC was good.

Basic facility missing, no handwash, very less water flow in the wash basic and the taps. Washroom should be more clean. No dustbin in the room.
