Persekitaran memuaskan, sunyi dan dapat rehat dengan tenang.

Kemudahan seperti seterika diutamakan di setiap bilik untuk kegunaan semasa. Bukan diberi satu jam sahaja untuk menggunakan seterika tersebut kerana memberi masalah bagi tetamu yg menginap dalam masa yang panjang. Tidak semua tetamu suka nak iron baju dalam masa satu jam. Tingkap ada yang patah kunci nya, jdi keselamatan di dalam bilik agak kurang terjamin. Walaupun bangunan agak tinggi tetapi kurang selesa disebabkan malam2 nak tidur dengan tingkap tak berkunci. Boleh check bilik 305.
