Beautiful colonial building and perfect location.

The hotel owner and staff show a huge disrespect to their guests by making so much noise in the central patio of the hotel until after midnight most nights. The young child of one of the staff members or owner runs around screaming for hours making it impossible to sleep. Despite complaining about this 4 of the 5 nights we stayed, absolutely nothing was done about it at all. We had no warm water for over 24 hours which can happen but it was the lack of any urgency to try and repair it which annoyed us. We had to constantly ask for it to be fixed before a plumber was contacted to get it fixed. We also had to change rooms the day we arrived because the wifi service didn't reach that room. They were quick to give us a different room which we appreciated.

The pressure of hot water in the shower Washington very show. Nearly no Hot western by the night time.

The hotel was in a great location for restaurants, shops and tour agencies and less than a 5 minute walk from the central square. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. I had lots of problems with my luggage which didn't arrive and they made many phone calls and sent many messages to help me get it back. They couldn't have been more helpful or kind and, as a result, my luggage was waiting for me on my return to Lima.

Would have been nice to have a bedside lamp to read by.

Stayed in a lovely huge room by the garden with a bath. Soaking my aching muscles in very hot water after 2 days hiking was blissful. Staff were very patient with me and my no Spanish, were happy to use Google Translate and booked me onto a great English-speaking tour. They were also happy to keep my luggage until my evening bus

Room was a little cold as it was in winter but that was easily sorted with a hot bath and there were plenty of heavy blankets on the beds
