Nothing only meals are good

Vijay was the only staff member who stood out—he was very polite and helpful throughout.

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The room had a noticeable unpleasant smell, the toilets were not clean, and the shower was leaking. Overall, the hygiene and maintenance standards were below expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their services.

They have completely tarnished the reputation of the Radisson brand. The staff—who seem to inhabit a world of their own—show absolutely no regard for their customers. I stayed at the Radisson with my wife. The scheduled check-in time was 2:00 PM; however, we arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM. Even then, we were told to wait another 30 minutes. We were exhausted, yet they offered us nothing—not even a glass of water. Later, after we had settled into our room, we accidentally left the key inside, causing the door to lock. When I called the reception desk, I was told to come down personally to retrieve the key. I explained that my shoes were inside the room and asked them to come up instead, but I was told I would have to wait another 30 minutes—despite the fact that, from my vantage point upstairs, I could see they weren't actually doing any work at all. I found this entire attitude and approach completely unacceptable. I have stayed at many hotels, but the staff I encountered here was perhaps the worst I have ever come across anywhere. I liked the demeanor of the guard at the hotel's main entrance; he was welcoming.

Breakfast was okay

They provide free valet parking services. They had put scratches on my new HYcross and was told that they will investigate using video footage.
