Family Hotel Iv

Super friendly place. We come here every year more then 1ce and always love the hot pool. The location is good and has a parking. The staff welcoming and friendly, always help with any petitions we have. Breakfast is a nice addition, however some stuff have changed since the last we came.

Not well informed upon check in for stuff like: restaurant has to be paid only by cash, even though the room could be paid by card (not sure why we couldn't pay every in one with card, had to go search for an ATM). Breakfast has become less optional plus you have to pay extra for a morning drink like coffee or juice.

Very basic hotel, far from the center. The rooms are simply. My room had a very heavy smell

a family business with fantastic garden restaurant and large pool with thermal water, loved it! the pool opens aearly and closes late, fantastic.... so many hotel could learn from this.

The hotel is located 2 km away from the city center. To reach the center you can go by foot or a taxi. The water is the pool was perfect,the breakfast, lunch and dinner were great-delicious, good value for money. To save the disappointment of the city that is sinking in ruins you can stay in the hotel where everything is provided-pool,food,sauna,massage. Very friendly owners.If we go back in Velingrad definitely we will book again here.

Everything was perfect.The hosts were very welcoming and kind.The pool was with mineral warm water.Restorant was perfect with a large choice of food.We recommend that place to everyone. Thanks for your warm welcome.
