The Room , Place, Peoples how work there , everything it was perfect! The View from the room and restaurant teras it was great! Good food , and it is near by the water. Also a private Beach from there. Thank you ☺️

The location was excellent and the surroundings itself were stunning. Room are large and spacious with fantastic terrace space. All staff were very friendly and accommodating which made the holiday that much better. The beach are as well was clean and fantastic.

Absolutely fabulous location, with unique breathtaking sea view. The host were friendly and helpful and, most important, they have proven something I call empathetic hosting. We really hope to return in the future!

The location is stunning. Very quiet. Beautiful view from the rooms. Lovely patio with table, chairs, and one sun lounger. The room is beautifully fitted. Bathroom excellent. Would benefit from some shelves in the room though! Tiny kitchen area - have to swap out kettle for Nespresso for Toaster etc - but all of those are provided. Just small space. Decent TV (only BBC in English though). Excellent WiFi. WiFi router is on the patio and it's connected to Starlink. Staff were lovely. Cleaning is 6 days out of 7 - and very well done. Parking is right outside. We only went to the restaurant once for breakfast only. Was excellent. There "beach" was covered with seaweed (I think from a recent storm). So not brilliant. Sun loungers are above the beach area - and wonderful. Nobody was using them. Walk 150m along the beach to Niko's Beach Bar - a lovely restaurant. Lots of other great quiet beaches nearby.

We spend a week in October working from here and it was great! The view from the room is amazing, restaurant and private beach right next to the accommodation. Staff really helpful with indications and the restaurant has delicious food, even though a little bit overpriced. Will probably visit again.

The room was a little small for 2 working people to share, but we used the balcony area as a second office and we managed.

We absolutely loved our stay at Porto Roma and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. My partner and I wanted somewhere quiet, by the sea and with great views and Porto Roma ticked all the boxes. Nothing beat enjoying a delicious glass of wine on the terrace, looking out over the bay as the sun dipped behind the hills. The beach is very small and north facing but Gerakas Beach is only a 25-minute walk away and we also ventured up to St. Nicholas and Banana Beach on foot. If walking in the summer heat doesn’t appeal you’ll probably need a car though we took the bus to the main town (it stops right outside the apartments). Nikos Beach Bar is a 5-minute walk around the bay and is exactly how you might imagine an authentic Greek taverna. It’s perched directly above the beach with dreamy views and serves absolutely delicious home-cooked food. We visited in mid-September so getting a table was fairly easy but I’d imagine it’s extremely popular in high season. Alex and the team were great hosts - super friendly and always available to offer recommendations for places to eat and beaches to visit. I’d absolutely recommend Porto Roma for an idyllic stay in this beautiful part of the world.

The rooms are quite basic so anyone expecting 5-star luxury will be disappointed, but they match the description on the website and are perfect as a base for a short holiday.
