Absolutely outstanding service from the friendly receptionist! She provided the warmest welcome & lots of helpful information regarding restaurants & beaches! The owner also took the time to greet us and provide nice take away lunches. The room has lots of unique touches and an amazing view of the harbour! We loved sitting on the deck with our beverages watching all the activity below.

This was a home away from home Karina was so amazing and helpful, kind and caring the breakfast and view were amazing and the homemade marmalade was the highlight the view from our windows of the harbor was awesome it was sad to leave

The kindness of Carina at the front desk . The room very well decorated, reminding the old good times. The view of the Venetian Port when at the balcony is awesome and the location couldn't be better.

The breakfast starting at 9:00 AM is way too late in the morning. The difficulty in finding a parking spot near the hotel. Anyway this is a city issue, the hotel has nothing to do.

If you want a lot of charm, beauty and character, this is the place. We had the balcony room with the rain shower. The staff is so helpful, welcoming and professional. They arranged the taxi to and from the airport. They provided us with a box breakfast for an early tour we did. The breakfast is included and it’s a good one. Fresh squeezed orange juice . Choice of omelet, scrambled eggs, a beautiful yogurt fruit and honey bowl, or the cheese and honey pie. It’s at the quieter end of a busy section so not too noisy at all. We also had lunch and dinner at the restaurant there. Really nice.
