Close to the harbour

The hotel exacts a 500 pesos deposit for 2 remote controls. The money is given back after checkout. This is not stated when you book. Staff was not really service minded, a little grumpy but it could have been the heat which caused bad humour The place was a cage. I guess if people like that sort of closed environment it's ok. Don't choose room 125. It has a balcony but it is totally shut and really close to a powerline which makes a terrible buzz noise at night.

the hotel is situated in a nice area, close to Malecone.

the hotel is situated in a nice area, but the level of street traffic noise is unbelievable. even there was no sign of any parades or any extra activities in the area. no soaps or shampoo in the rooms. Not even to wash hands.

Great location. Good after pressure in the shower. Clean.
