Room is good but Service is very poor. Demanding extra charges for Heater. Thay have no restaurant available. Restaurant is also far away from property.. I don't like location.

"Near rooms but recommended for very short stays only"

Room was neat and the washroom was also clean Room is at the centre of Cherrapunji Room had residential houses view on one side and valley view on the other side

Service was slow and the place was understaffed Food quality was poor as poori with watery sabji was the only breakfast option in addition to bread toast

The rooms were great. Everything was clean. The staff were very responsive and welcoming. The surroundings were beautiful. Ample parking space.

They charged extra for a basic room heater which I think could have been better.
