Wrongly advertised for baggage storage in the property profile/feature. We were misled by the property’s profile, which clearly advertised baggage storage as an available feature. Our stay was smooth until we temporarily stored our luggage at the hotel while we travelled to Alishan for a 3D2N trip. Upon our return, we were unexpectedly yelled and confronted by the front desk staff, who raised their voices and demanded a charge of NTD 100 per day for the stored baggage. At no point was this surcharge communicated in advance—neither in the property listing nor during check-out when we left our luggage. It is generally understood that when a hotel offers baggage storage, it is provided complimentary unless otherwise clearly stated. This lack of transparency, combined with the unprofessional manner in which the situation was handled, was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

What you see is what you get with this place. It was very old and run down but it was clean. The photos reflect rooms pretty well. I was happy enough to stay here all that considered. Location is excellent with lots of good food places around. Receptionist was friendly. I think we were the only people staying there which made it a bit eerie.

It was very expensive for what it is. I didn’t like that check in location is not in the hotel.
