Nice location

There was a disgusting smell coming from the bathroom that ruined our stay.

Great hotel, in quiet street, within walking distance of walking street. Great rooms. We got a free upgrade on to a superior room. The owner Krai is a very friendly man. He speaks English. After our stay, he insisted on bringing us to the bus station. Would definitely recommend. Would love to come back someday.

A short walk from the walking street of Chiang Khan so it is peaceful and has a nice view. The owner was very kind and gave us a free room upgrade as there were no other guests in the upper rooms when we stayed. Basic facilities but did the job well and no complaints

Say-thong was a very friendly host.The hotel is also located in a quiet neighbourhood. In addition, the famous Chiang Khan Walking Street and 7/11 is within 5 minutes walking distance as well.

The hotel is beautifully designed, clean and airy, with lovely balconies or terraces for every room. The owner is friendly and helpful.

It's a bit far out from the main walking street and the river - a good five minutes walk to the centre of Chiang Khan and the river promenade.
