Boy who worka at the reception is the only competent person there. Test od the receptionests should be fired

Empty rooms but they make you wait 3 hours to check in. They send me e-mails regarding past reservations boy being ale to reply when needed and send replies while already threre and irrelevant, what is more making some ridicuoula claims. Area is dangerous and diety. Rooms arę small cells
