Clean, friendly staff, good value

Stayed in rm 10 double bed was very small, shower was tiny

Breakfast was okay,providing you could find any staff available to serve it Grounds were nice, very pleasant, the weather was warm, so we could sit out Convenient for transport links, if you dont have a car, although the car park is only small.

The bedroom was quite shabby, needs re-decorating, the weather was very warm and you couldnt open the window properly due to hanging vegetation. The bathroom was a cupboard, and was not comfortable at all. There were grey sheets on the bed, the television broke down and we couldnt get it going again, so we called it day and came home, a day earlier, hence, we did not get our money back for the remainder of our stay, which was one night. Definitely will not be returning.

Very pleasant gentleman on the reception desk. Lovely comfortable beds , very clean.everything that you needed.
