Petra Elite Hotel

Location was very convenient and Very good service given by front office staff Ms. Wasan and restaurant staff Ms. Vida. Surely recommended for others....

Room was clean and spacious. Mohammed who was at the reception was very polite. Lady who was present at the breakfast was very kind and cheerful. In conclusion, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

A beautiful hotel with amazing views over Petra. We were made to feel very welcome and found the stay a lovely experience!

Food - breakfast was very limited and stale A lot of the food items had run out and not replenished Property smelt of smoke and is dated

Breakfast was OK. But some of the food looked old. For example, there was a crust on the hummus. Bread was old. Etc

The walls of the rooms were paper thin so you hear a lot of noises. Bathroom is cramped. But the worst thing was the shower. The water pressure was low and it would alternate between ice cold and scalding hot every 20 seconds or so. Avoid the 4th floor if you can.

Very professional staff and helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds, housekeeping staff very good. Foods are quality, they have excellent spa with exercises room. Hotel looking very good with special view to petra mountain. High recommend hotel

The breakfast was very good and everyone was very helpful. We were very happy and enjoyed the view.

We needed a car to get fuel to the entrance to the Petra ruins

Auto upgrade to bigger room. Breakfast is great.
