Un peu cher pour la prestation et le style

The property itself was fantastic. The rooms were well kept, the food was delicious and filling and the spa facilities were relaxing. What was particularly good about the stay though was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Hazem in particular, who worked at the front desk, deserves particular thanks. He personally rang the airport on our behalf to get more details about flights during a time of instability with the airspace. He talked us through how we should do Petra and without him it would have been considerably worse. The restaurant staff were attentive to our every need and Ismael introduced himself to us and let us know if we needed anything we could go to him. It’s an underrated aspect, but it’s worth saying that the fast wifi allowed us to book our flights!

Nothing, it was perfect

The staff. Every staff member was incredibly accommodating, answered any questions and were happy to go out of their way to help.

Hot water in shower was temperamental

The plane was immaculate. The staff were super friendly and accommodating especially mousa and hazem , both individuals were polite, professional and helpful. I would definitely stay here again .

Staff were super helpful and helped prepare us for the day in Petra and eating in town. Really recommend

Very clean hotel, good facilities, good breakfast

I was added on Instagram by the hotel waiter. When confronted he acted like it wasn’t a big deal and denied getting my details from the file on record. I told the managers who told me it would be funny when I looked back on it. They asked for my details to be contacted once they ‘looked in to it’; however, I unsurprisingly have heard nothing. I did not paid a lot of money to be harassed!!

The facilities was great and staff was excellent . Muhammad Nawafleh ensured we get the best treatment while staying at this hotel. His tips on seeing the Petra and adjoining area were spot on.
