There were only 2 towels. No shower curtain. The beds were hard. No free breakfast as stated. No one to talk to for more towels and anythjng they actually hung up when called. The water was brown. Smelt like mildew. The whole place was gloomy not bright and cheerful as one would expect.

My room was not clean. The toilet is dirty, when I lay down to bed I was so itchy. Tried to go on the other bed whenI opened it there’s hair on the bed sheet! I have to request to move on the other room. It was good and clean but saw lots of dead bugs on the floor and found a bunch of them alive and walking on the floor! I had to move to another room. Finally I was comfy but when I was about to eat on the table there was thick curly hair! Hoping it came from a beard! Didn’t want to eat to that table.
