Arra Transit Bengaluru International Airport Hotel

I had a wonderful experience at this Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help!The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Wonderful place to stay.

The Hotel is located in an rural area close to the Airport, so the transfer to BLR only was about 20 minutes (dry conditions)

The bathroom is a bit different then what you might expect but clean. The rooms are huge, with little balcony but do not match any European standard. The staff was very nice but not used to Western travellers, also the use of an "international credit card" what only seems to be a thing in India was a bit difficult, also the transfer to the Airport was just calling a Taxi at first (Taxis there do not take credit cards). Finally after some phone approval I was able to pay for the Taxi in the hotel, but this is shocking as the middle shift told me that would not be an issue and if you want to get home it scared me a bit off in the middle of the night. I recommend this hotel when the weather is bad as the proximity to the airport is great, but airport transfer is not just asking a cab to drive by for me. Still the staff was helpful but this is handled easier in intl. hotelchains there.
