price was too high while facilities was not available, breakfast was avarage

its located between Dharamshala and Meclodganj 5 Km from both city center

Hot water was available

1. Very long asked to make payment, although according to booking it should be at hotel. Moreover tried to get extra fee after i made advance payment 2. Room not clean every day 3. Reception do not professional 4. Room not good for its price

We took a bit of time finding the property as we got lost What a beautiful property with excellent views The staff were most helpful . Delicious food and service . Hotel was spotless

Loved everything about it Beyond my imagination

The property was well maintained and impeccably clean. The room was very comfortable, the shower was great and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was a good mixture of European offerings and the local cuisine. The dinner menu covered several cuisines and the quality of the food was good

The property was quite isolated. Dharamshala town was a taxi ride away. When taking taxis back to the property it was not well known amongst the drivers

The location was surreal. Absolutely amazing, felt like being in the lap of Himalayas.

The food could have been better.

Overall concept was good, well maintained.

Restaurant staff felt rude, always carried a serious face, no smiles, felt as if we were in a road side dhabha and not in a property charging more than 15k for a single night, further family room had nil view, which was no where mentioned…
