The staff there is very good

The room was a little small and the price was a little high as per the size

The view was very beautiful and it is on camel road which is very peaceful. The mall road is also on walking distance this is a plus point . Staff were very help-full, food was really nice. Location was on point you can also see snow peak . Cleanliness and hygiene was maintained on property,they provided everything whatever we asked them kettle specially. Must stay.

Fake property

The property does not exist. The number given here and on Google is invalid. no way to contact them. Sent them few msgs informing them about our late checkin (12 am).. Recieved nothing in response. We followed the maps location but no hotel named Fab express Sapphire existed and no one in the neighborhood knew about this hotel as well. We tried to find this up until 2 am but nothing. it was a weekend and became so difficult to find another property at that time of the night. We tried to find something looking at the photographs as well but nothing like it was there. Never expected this from 'Fab' ..and then next day they had the audacity to say it was a 'no-show' from our end. What the hell guys? at least update a real number!! very very shitty !! No idea what those 250 something reviews are. all freaking fake!!
