Location. Size of room and BED :) Love the idea of fire place (not the right time of yeah)

It's an old hotel set in the hills of Perth. 3 stars. Air con worked very well it was clean The bed was good. Bathroom,some tiles were cracked. Over head fan had lots of dust on it needs a good clean . Over all a really enjoyable stay I would go again.

Just the ceiling fan needs to be cleaned dust on it. So we could not put it on.

Location, food,staff

Cleanliness of the room,bathroom door does not close,hot water only just hot,bathroom floor floods due to gap under shower screen,exhaust fan fully filthy.
