Die Lage ist super. Der Zugang zu Pool und Strandsauna ist super.

Sauna muss extra bezahlt werden obwohl bei Buchung der Wellnessbereich enthalten ist.

Waschbecken in 504 extrem klein. An der Duschtasse schon schwarze Ränder am Silikon. Mülleimer nach Anfrage nach 2 Tagen geleert.

Gutes Frühstück, Fahrradgarage mit Auflademöglichkeit für 5 € pro Batterie.

Von 2 Aufzügen in den 6.Stock ging nur einer. Beim Frühstück war eine der Kaffeemaschinen defekt, daher großer Andrang an den beiden anderen. Tassen an den Maschinen wurden erst nach Aufforderung Nachfülltinte.

Nichts im Vergleicden Vorjahren.

Unfreundlich Personal im Service, bis auf eine junge Polin. Unsauber auf den Fluren. Zu wenig Zweiertische. Und die vielen Tischreservierungen zum Essen.
