Everything was really good and everyone was so friendly and really helpful! They really care if its everything okay :) Room was clean and breakfast also really good . Thank you so much ! :)

The location was great, very close to the museum-castle. The staff was very friendly and strived to accommodate every need. The rooms are great for the price. There's also a fair bit of interesting history in the basement below the hotel. Ask the staff for a tour if you ever visit!

The shower cabin was a bit small

It seemed clean, location was ok. It wasn't very expensive. Breakfast was ok if not special. Staff was polite.

Old and very squeaky beds, old well worn out and small towels. No towel change during 3 nights' stay. Very small shower cabin even for slim people. Staff had issues with English, finding BOOKING reservations and providing invoices.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were tidy and quiet.

The toilet had low water pressure.

The place was clean and good value for the money

I wanted to have my breakfast at 8:00 am but the only thing left was some salami and bread - around 9 after some guests complained they refilled the breakfast table.

Nothing

When I arrived at the location, I found a gipsy wedding at the building and riot police circling around the building. It has nothing to do with a hotel, this is a very dangerous place

Amazing place. Has its own restaurant with great food. The room was very spacious and the staff was very welcoming and nice.
