"Great location, helpful staff member but bedroom needs to be brought up to XXI century"

Very helpful gentleman at reception. Martin if I’m right. He has helped me to get to the hotel, as I’ve never been in Dusseldorf nor I speak any German. Great location - few minutes walk to the Old Town Nordstrasse underground stop nearby

Bathroom could be cleaner - limescale on the shower door and shower tap hasn’t been removed for a while. Very comfy mattress but the pillow could be better quality. Bedroom needs some uplift as it’s straight from 90s’

"Perfect stay for a few days Duesseldorf."

Perfect location, almost next to Strassebahn, U-bahn, a few minutes on foot from Nordstrasse, the Rhine, museums, restaurants. Staff very helpful in taking in luggage before check-in time.
